Come to the Library and Read to Our Dogs!!
The Furry Tails Reading Program
Quillan and Angie are regular visitors to the Wyoming Library. They visit the library every third Saturday of the month from 10 to 11 so that children can read stories to them. They lie on their special blankets and listen to stories that you choose to read. They become happy puppies when they hear the stories. We are looking for more children to read to our dogs. You can be one of our dog readers.
If would you like read to one of our dogs, have your parent contact the library to reserve a time to join us at 693-1364.
The Furry Tails Reading Partners program is comprised of registered therapy dogs with Pleasure of Your Company Therapy Dogs, Inc. and our handlers are R.E.A.D. registered. (The Reading Education Assistance Dog program was created by Intermountain Therapy Animals in Salt Lake City, Utah. It is a nationally recognized program.)
